Chef Jesse Mallgren takes full advantage of a wealth of local seasonal produce, whenever possible from our estate gardens. Guests may choose from an a’la carte menu or Chef Mallgren’s tasting menu, both served Wednesday through Sunday evenings in one of our intimate dining rooms. Don’t forget to save room, our pastry chef Manny Fimbrez offers creative desserts to complete the experience.
If you prefer a cocktail and a few bites, our lounge menu is available on a first come, first served basis starting at 6:00pm Wednesday through Sunday.
